The Private Speech Pathologists Association of WA faced several challenges with their outdated website design. It struggled to attract new speech therapist members and manage membership payments efficiently. Parents and users found it difficult to use the speech therapist search function and make appointments. Additionally, the website was not optimised for mobile use, posing problems for busy parents who primarily accessed the site via mobile devices.

We redesigned the website to improve user experience and accessibility, with a focus on mobile optimisation. The new design featured a streamlined interface, making it easier for users to search for and contact speech therapists. We also simplified the membership sign-up and payment processes, eliminating the need for manual processing by the committee. These changes aimed to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
結果
Following the redesign, the Speech Pathologists Association of WA saw a significant increase in membership sign-ups and higher engagement on the site. Speech therapists experienced more appointment bookings, and the optimised mobile functionality made it convenient for parents to access crucial information anytime, anywhere.
